Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Get Trump Casino (gettrumpcasino.com) learns about you when you read entries in the Journal, why, and what you can do about it. We have kept it short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible for your data?
Get Trump Casino is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form or by post, care of Hyperbet Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We do not offer an email address or a phone line.
What do we collect, and why?
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and which links are used. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id> and records page views, clicks on offers and outbound links, your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and your device and browser type. We use this to decide what to write next and to spot broken pages. Our legal basis is consent where the law requires it, and otherwise our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
The contact form. If you write to us, we receive your name, your email address and your message. They are stored in our database, which is hosted by Supabase. We use them only to answer you and, where you report an error, to fix it. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us. Each message is also forwarded to our team through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) so it is read promptly.
Hosting and delivery. The site is hosted through Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare. To serve a page they process request data such as your IP address, the page asked for and your browser details, as any web server must.
Affiliate and promo links. Some links take you to operators' sites. Once you leave Get Trump Casino, the destination site may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
What do we not do?
There are no accounts, no newsletter and no payments on Get Trump Casino, so we hold no passwords, card details or betting history. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long do we keep it?
Contact-form messages are kept as long as we need them to answer you and deal with any follow-up, and are then deleted. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes it.
Does data leave the UK or the EU?
Google, Supabase, Lovable and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses.
What are your rights?
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data (access), ask us to correct it (rectification) or delete it (erasure), object to our use of it, ask us to restrict that use, and ask for data you gave us in a portable format. Send a request through our contact form or by post to the address above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live.
How do I control cookies?
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics. The site still works without them.
Will this notice change?
If what we collect changes, we update this page and the date it shows.
